Our webshop is happy to offer international shipping on most of our products. Please note that this excludes handmade furniture items, which are only available for delivery within the Netherlands.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items, including furniture. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at d@fataldalliance.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return.
Once we approve the return, you will receive a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will help facilitate the exchange based on availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
Furniture Returns
Furniture items are returnable within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please inspect all furniture carefully upon arrival. If there are any issues with your furniture, such as damage or defects, please report them within 5 days of delivery for a resolution.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

We’re excited to offer gift packaging for all our poetry books and personal poetry items! Whether it’s a special gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself, we’ll make sure your purchase arrives beautifully wrapped.
Please note that gift packaging is only available for poetry books and personal poetry. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift packaging for other items at this time.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, simply send us an email at d@fataldalliance.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it right away and issue a full refund.

Poetry: I write personalized poems on request, capturing the essence of your thoughts and emotions into a beautiful, bespoke creation. In addition, I offer poetry books that feature a collection of my original works, allowing you to enjoy my poems in a beautiful format.
Photography: All the photographs featured in our webshop are taken by me. These images are printed on demand, ensuring that no paper or ink is wasted on products that may not be used. This eco-friendly approach helps reduce unnecessary waste while providing you with a unique and personal piece of art.
Clothing & Homeware: Our clothing and homeware products are all printed and embroidered on demand, ensuring a custom, made-to-order experience. This method promotes durability and reduces waste by creating only what’s needed, making it a sustainable way of producing high-quality, custom-designed products.
