the first time was close enough to home to run but just far enough to not be uncovered
then the horrible idea to lockpick a lighthouse
perhaps you would have liked to keep me there
safe and yet unseen for the rest of my scattered days
luckily neither of us succeeded
I walk past it now
years later
the lighthouse still intact
just as well as your fences
the view so much more delightful without the rush
